Wendy Miller

Wendy Miller, MBA, is an experienced college counselor and executive functioning coach with a unique background in Human Resources and talent development. She combines nearly a decade of college counseling experience with more than 15 years in corporate leadership to help students identify their strengths, develop compelling applications, and confidently navigate the path to college and beyond.

With nearly a decade of experience guiding students and families through the college admissions process, Wendy has helped students navigate every stage of their journey, from building balanced college lists to making confident enrollment decisions. She believes every student has a unique story worth telling and is passionate about helping them find colleges that are the right academic, social, and personal fit.

Before transitioning into educational consulting, Wendy spent more than 15 years in Human Resources, holding leadership roles at Kraft Heinz and Coach (Tapestry). Her expertise in talent development and organizational effectiveness, combined with her MBA in Strategic Human Resource Management, gives her a unique perspective on career exploration, professional growth, and the skills students need to thrive in college and beyond.

In addition to college counseling, Wendy is an Executive Functioning Coach who helps high school and college students strengthen time management, organization, study skills, and self-advocacy. She is passionate about helping students build the confidence and independence needed for success in college and throughout their academic journey.

Known for her thoughtful guidance and supportive approach, Wendy builds meaningful relationships with students and families while creating personalized strategies that reflect each student's goals and aspirations.
